Propelity builds and deploys AI and automation for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. Not strategy decks, but working systems that your team uses on Monday morning.
Most technology consulting stops at the recommendation. We stay through discovery, build, deployment, and the weeks afterwards when a new system is still learning your business. Every engagement below has a named client behind it and a case study you can read.
Operations Dashboards and Workflow Automation
For teams reconciling the same job across three or more systems. When status lives in the CRM, money lives in accounting, and deadlines live in a manufacturer’s portal, nobody can answer a simple question without opening all three. The problem is rarely the tools. It is that nothing sits above them.
We build that layer: a single view that reads from the systems you already run and shows the state of the work, the money, and the deadlines together.
Proof: we built SoFlo Solar a Warranty & Reimbursement Cockpit powered by Claude, integrating their CRM, accounting system, and manufacturer warranty records. Anthropic published it as a customer story. Read the case study.
Proof: at The Third Group, automating commission and invoicing returned an estimated 100 hours of owner time a year. Automating onboarding and training returned a further 200 hours. Together that is 300 hours, more than seven work weeks, handed back to the people who should be selling rather than reconciling. Read the case study.
That work now runs as two connected dashboards. Leadership sees team performance, finance and marketing in one place, reading live from the same ledgers the commission statements come from. Every recruiter gets their own coach view: a day-by-day onboarding programme with knowledge checks, their own numbers against the desk, and a weekly action list computed from where those numbers actually stand. That is coaching that would otherwise need a manager’s attention, delivered to twelve people at once. Alongside it sit a contract-review tool that scans offer letters for non-competes, arbitration clauses and clawbacks, and custom agents for sourcing and prospect demos.
That is the pattern worth noticing: the automation freed the hours, and the system that replaced the manual work now does something the manual work never did.
Typically right for: installers and contractors handling warranty or reimbursement claims, professional-services firms running commission, invoicing or onboarding by hand, and anyone whose margin is quietly leaking between systems.

Websites Wired Into Your Systems
For firms whose website sits apart from the business. Most professional-services sites collect enquiries that someone then re-keys into a CRM. The site and the operation drift apart from the day it launches.
We build the site and connect it to the software the business actually runs on, so an enquiry lands where the work happens.
Proof: The Third Group, an executive search firm with offices in New York, Charlotte and South Florida, wanted more than a brochure. Their co-founders described the build as “a game changer” and singled out the integration with their existing software infrastructure. Read the case study.

Product and Program Management
For teams building something and struggling to land it. Discovery that never converges, roadmaps nobody believes, delivery that slips without anyone able to say why. Propelity brings enterprise product and agile delivery experience to organisations that cannot justify hiring that role full time.
Engagements range from a fixed-scope discovery through to acting as your product lead for the length of a build.
Voice AI Assistants
For businesses losing work to voicemail. A missed call at a home-services company is not a missed call. It is a job that went to whoever picked up. We build voice assistants that answer every inbound call, hold a real conversation, qualify the work, and capture what you need to quote it.
These are not phone trees. Each assistant is built around one role at one company: what you sell, what a good lead looks like, and what you need to know before you can price a job.
Proof: at NextGen Power Wash, a caller phoned asking for the owner, spoke with the AI assistant, and never worked out he was talking to software. He assumed she was the owner’s wife. Read what happened. At Better View Services, the same approach closed the voicemail gap. Read the case study.
Typically right for: pressure washing, exterior cleaning, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, solar, and any trade where the phone rings while the team is on a job.

Conversational AI and Agents
For organisations who need an AI with a point of view, not a generic assistant. Most deployments reach for something that answers correctly and is instantly forgettable. Deciding who an agent is (what it knows, what it cares about, what it will push back on) usually determines whether anyone uses it.
Proof: A couple of scientists from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory invited Propelity to Coachella to build the AI agents that joined their scientists on stage: one answering as Earth, one as an alien observer. Read the case study.
How an engagement works
Every project runs the same four phases. What changes is how long each one takes.
- Discovery. We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens, not what the process document says. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anything is built. Typically one to two weeks.
- Build. You see working software early and often, not a reveal at the end. A voice assistant can take hours or days; an operations dashboard usually takes one to two weeks.
- Launch. We go live with you, not at you, watching real calls, real claims, real enquiries as they come through.
- Tuning. The first weeks matter most. As one client put it, a new AI assistant “doesn’t know what she doesn’t know at the beginning.” We review what it got wrong and correct it. Depending on the arrangement, support, training, fixes and enhancements are included during this period.
Who this is not for
We are a poor fit for organisations wanting a strategy document with no build attached, for anyone hoping to switch on an AI assistant and never look at it again, and for projects where nobody internally can make a decision. The work depends on access to the people who do the job.
Where we work
Propelity works with clients across the U.S.: remotely by default, and on site where it helps. Recent clients range from a pressure washing company in Houston to an executive search firm with offices in New York, Charlotte and South Florida.
